Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at MinuteMe! For the purposes of this Privacy Policy ( Policy ), ‘ we‘, ‘ our‘, ‘ us‘ means Electrivity Technology Pty Ltd ( Electrivity ) and when we say ‘ you‘ and ‘ your‘, we mean both you and any entity or firm you’re authorised to represent.

FYI when you see a term in bold , it will have the same corresponding meaning every time it is used within this Policy.

   We use third-party analytics services to help understand your usage of our Services. In particular, we provide a limited amount of your information (such as sign-up date and some Personal Information like your email address) to Intercom, Inc. ( Intercom ) and utilise Intercom to collect data for analytics purposes when you visit our website or use our Services. As a data processor acting on our behalf, Intercom analyses your use of our website and/or Services and tracks our relationship by way of cookies and similar technologies so that we can improve our service to you. 1. Support

   We may use your Personal Information to support you and your use of the Services. This may include assisting with the resolution of technical support issues or other issues relating to the Website or Services, whether by email, in-app support or otherwise.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

3. Testimonials

   We post customer testimonials/comments/reviews on our Website which may contain personally identifiable information. We do obtain the customer’s consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial. To request removal of your Personal Information from Testimonials or comments please contact us at legal@electrivity.com.

4. Communications

   We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send or by contacting us.

5. International Data Transfer

   When we share data, it may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country you live in – such as to Australia where our data hosting provider’s services are located. These countries may have laws different to what you’re used to. Where we disclose data to a third party in another country, we put safeguards in place to ensure your data remains protected.

   For individuals in the European Economic Area ( EEA ), this means that your data will be transferred outside of the EEA. Where your personal data is transferred outside of the EEA, it will only be transferred to countries that have been identified as providing adequate protection for EEA data (like Australia), or to a third party where we have approved transfer mechanisms in place to protect your personal data – ie by entering into the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Children’s Privacy

   Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13 ( Children ).

   We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

7. Retention

   The length of time we keep your personal data depends on what it is and whether we have an ongoing business need to retain it (for example, to provide you with a service you’ve requested or to comply with applicable legal requirements).

   We’ll retain your personal data for as long as we have a relationship with you and for a period of time afterwards where we have an ongoing business need to retain it, in accordance with our data retention policies and practices. Following that period, we’ll make sure it’s deleted or anonymised.
